Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase.

Timeframes for Returns
For products other than faulty items, to be eligible for a return of your product, you must ensure the product is returned to us within 14 days of the goods being delivered to you.
Faulty Products
We will offer a refund, store credit or an exchange (subject to availability) on any item purchased from Pat Callinan Media if the product:
• Has a genuine manufacturing fault; and/or,
• Does not correspond with descriptions given to you.
Note: This excludes products that are listed as faulty. This includes instances where the fault was listed in the description.
Conditions for Returns
• Pat Callinan Media is not obliged to accept returns because a customer has simply changed their mind.
• Pat Callinan Media are not required to provide a refund on returns due to sizing, fit or change of mind.
• We are unable to process returns and store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us.
• Returned products must not have been used, worn, altered and/or washed and must be in pristine condition so that it can be re-sold. The product must not have been damaged whilst in the customer’s possession or during delivery. The product must also be in its original packaging which must be in good condition.
• The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense for any return excluding faulty products.
• We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.
• We aim to process your return and send your credit note within 10 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
• Store credits are valid for 6 months and will be emailed as an online gift card to the same email address as you provided on your order.
