Bushwakka Opens the Doors to New Adventure HQ

When a brand like Bushwakka says they’re “stepping things up,” they don’t muck around. After years of relentless growth and a fanbase that stretches from Outback touring diehards to hardcore weekenders, Bushwakka has officially opened the doors to their brand-new headquarters, and it’s a beast.

The new Bushwakka Adventure Gear facility spans a huge 4,000 square metres, nearly triple the size of their previous digs. Nestled halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast at Ormeau the new facility offers more space, more stock, and more rigs rolling through. And crucially, the whole operation is now under one roof. No more bouncing between workshops or battling for showroom space. This is a full-blown, purpose-built adventure hub designed to make gearing up for your next big trip easier (and a hell of a lot more fun).

A Proper Playground for 4X4 Lovers

Bushwakka’s new HQ isn’t just about size. It’s about experience. Whether you’re chasing a rooftop tent, fitting out a hybrid camper, or piecing together a full-blown touring rig, there’s now expert advice and installation services available onsite.

Inside the showroom, you’ll find a curated lineup of Australia’s best 4X4 and camping brands, and of course, the full range of Bushwakka’s own renowned awnings, rooftop tents, and hybrid camper systems.

There’s a dedicated team of installation specialists on hand, too, ready to professionally fit awnings, rooftop tents, and camper systems. Plus, specialised sales experts offering personalised advice to make sure whatever you’re bolting onto your rig actually suits the way you travel, not just what looks shiny under showroom lights.

    Big Rigs, Big Plans

When we swung by for a rooftop tent and awning install recently, the joint was absolutely humming. Caravans lined up ready for delivery, monster 4X4s stacked across the carpark (including a midnight black Chevy Suburban that had us drooling), and a full content crew filming new product videos inside. It’s the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to ditch work early and go straight into trip-planning mode.

And the best part? Bushwakka isn’t slowing down.

They’re already locked in to showcase their latest gear at the 6-Day Camper Show in Brisbane this June, and the buzz around their 105 Series LandCruiser Giveaway is growing fast, both in-store and online. If you’re even half-thinking about a setup upgrade, now’s the time to swing past.

    Building for the Future

Bushwakka’s founder and director, Johnny, put it best:

“We’ve moved to this space to keep up with demand from Aussie adventurers who want gear they can rely on. We wanted a dedicated showroom to showcase our extended range of adventure gear and campers – and we’re not done yet. Our vision is to grow into your one-stop 4WD destination.”

That vision is clear in every corner of the new setup. This isn’t just a showroom; it’s a destination. A place where you can see, touch, and experience the best gear on the market before you hit the road, with the advice and support to back it up.
