The 5W, 6500K Cree® LED headlamp has two operating modes, 300 lumens and 180 lumens, which gives you up to seven hours of battery life. That diode sits in a anodised aluminium housing, with a adjustable focus lens.
Battery power is garnered by the powerpack on the back, which consists of three AAA batteries. It looks like  a big unit, but only weighs 162 grams.
